SHIPPING METHODS

As long as the ordered products are immediately available and there are no other reasons for permanent or temporary suspension of their sale, shipments will be carried out as follows:

Shipments will be made to the address indicated by the customer in their order, via a shipping company.

The shipping cost is borne by the customer and is calculated in total upon completion of the order.

The delivery time of orders is two to five (2-5) business days.

The delivery times mentioned are indicative.

The company is not responsible for any delay in delivery, which is due either to force majeure or to the fault of the shipping company that undertook the transport.

Customers have the right to cancel their order, by contacting the company either by phone or by email, within 24 hours of submitting the order.

In case of sending products abroad, the shipping of the products is borne by the customer regardless of the amount of their order.

PAYMENT METHODS

The available payment options are:

• Deposit to a bank account via the unique RF code that each customer has
• Credit

In case of deposit to a bank account, after the order is completed, the Customer deposits the total price of the ordered products and the shipping cost to the bank indicated by the company and sends a photocopy of the deposit either by e-mail to [email protected].
The Company ships the products after receiving the deposit receipt.
