High visibility, triple-use parka consisting of a waterproof outer jacket with a covered full zip, concealed hood, two front flap pockets, a mobile phone pocket, a card holder and an inner pocket with velcro and a removable lightweight jacket with lining, removable sleeves with elastic ribbed cuffs, heat-sealed seams, two front pockets and one inner pocket with zip. Composition of 100% polyurethane coated polyester.
